How many centres do you have?We currently operate 5 centres across Singapore. 3 centres in Punggol, 1 in Pasir Ris and 1 in Jurong West.

How do I register interest for school enrollment?To register your interest in school enrollment, please provide your details by filling out the "Register Interest" form on our website. Alternatively, you can visit www.brightkids.com.sg/register. Once you have registered, our dedicated school officer will contact you to discuss available placements at the center of your choice.

What should I do to secure a placement for my child at your centre?To secure a placement for your child at our center, we kindly request a non-refundable registration fee along with a deposit equivalent to one month's fee. This ensures your child's enrollment and reserves their place at our center.

Is the deposit refundable?Yes, the deposit is refundable. To receive a refund, you are required to comply with the school's withdrawal notice requirements. Alternatively, the deposit will be refunded upon completion of your child's K2 studies with Bright Kids.

What are the extra costs on top of the preschool fees?In addition to the preschool fees, there are a few additional costs to consider. Children are required to wear the official Bright Kids uniform, which can be purchased from the centre your child is registered at. Additionally, each child will need their own mattress, as we do not share mattresses among the children. These items are separate expenses to be taken into account.

What are your operation hours and rates?Our centres have the following operating hours: Punggol 173, Punggol 192, and Jurong West: 7am to 7pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and 7am to 2pm on Saturdays. Punggol 175 and Pasir Ris: 7am to 7pm on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). Please note that our centres are closed on weekends, public holidays, and approved centre closure days. Regarding our rates, they vary based on factors such as the age group, nationality, and location of the centre. What is the teacher / student ratio per class?Our teacher-to-student ratios adhere to the ECDA (Early Childhood Development Agency) maximum standards: Playgroup: 1 teacher per 8 children Nursery 1: 1 teacher per 12 children Nursery 2: 1 teacher per 15 children Kindergarten 1: 1 teacher per 20 children Kindergarten 2: 1 teacher per 25 children

Are meals & snacks provided?Absolutely! At Bright Kids, we prioritize healthy eating, and we have an in-house kitchen to ensure that all meals are freshly prepared. Our food ingredients are halal certified, and we do not serve pork or lard. We provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks on a daily basis to cater to your child's nutritional needs.

Can I pack food for my child to bring to the centre?To ensure a consistent and balanced approach to healthy eating, we kindly request that children enjoy the meals prepared by the center. Our menu is carefully designed to provide nutritious meals tailored to children's needs. It's important to mention that although we source food from halal-certified suppliers and do not include pork, lard, or beef, we are not halal-certified ourselves. We do not offer vegetarian options at this time.
